I've decided to start this blog as a way to use photography, art, and my (somewhat!) creative side to tell the story of my life and the direction it is going. I want to share my style, my likes, my vision and my day to day thoughts.
Inspiration... I occasionally find myself caught in a wonderful moment; wondering how I can keep this moment alive within myself. I feel the urge to share this extraordinary moment with the world, as if it's not fair to keep it all to myself! Photography has a way of tugging at my heart, making me smile from ear to ear, often times bringing slow tears from my eyes and a catch in my throat, but most of all fills me with warmth because I will remember fabulous moments forever.
Into the past...To start somewhere I have to backtrack to a few of my most favorite memories of which I wish I could return to.
First, my spring break trip Junior year of college with my two best friends. In this moment we were jumping around on a grassy hill, laughing and entertained for hours. This is what life is all about, guaranteed.
Then...I graduated from college. My gift to myself was my very own dog - who now owns my entire heart {or most of, hehe sorry boyfriend}. His gentle and happy soul fills my life with happiness that I wish everyone could feel. {I swear he opens his eyes, this is just is happy look!}
As for my post graduate life, I have been able to have a few adventures with my handsome boyfriend, Nash. This is us in the Blue Ridge Parkway on our way to Chateau Morrisette Winery; we so desperately needed to see miles of mountains, play in waterfalls and witness new outdoor beauty. Wonderful adventure with a wonderful man.
